WINDSOR CLASS (10 TO 12-YEAR-OLDS) AUTUMN TERM
September 14th to December 14th - 10.30am to 1.30pm
I wish to book my child on Windsor class, (10 to 12-year-olds) for the Autumn term.
I agree to pay the full-term fee of £195.00 before the start date, September 14th.
I agree to pay the half term fee of £97.50 before the start date, September 14th and the balance of £97.50 on November 2nd.
To pay by BANK TRANSFER please use Account No. 90832340 Sort Code:20-81-20 using your child’s name in full as your reference.
Please note our bank details have changed so you may need to update your records
Fees may also be paid by cheque (made out to Stamford Shakespeare Company).
If paying by cheque, you MUST write your child’s name and TYD class clearly on the back of the cheque.

PERMISSION FORM
PHOTOGRAPHY
The use of photographs in newspapers is already subject to strict guidelines and comes under the Press Complaints Commission’s Code of Practice. We do not allow unsupervised access to children or one-to-one photograph sessions. However, in some instances a child’s name may be passed to a journalist. Parental permission is required in order for your child’s photograph to be used within Tolethorpe Youth Drama’s and or Stamford Shakespeare Company’s photographic library, printed publications/publicity, marketing, websites and official social media sites and press releases.
ABSENCES
Any un-notified student absences make planning group activities difficult, therefore we appreciate notification in advance of student absence.
START & END OF THE DAY
Students meet in the Orangery at 10.30am to be allocated workspaces. Students will be dismissed at 1.30pm from their last workspace. There will be a midday break of approximately 15 minutes. Students aged 12 and under should be picked up by their parents, or another pre-arranged adult, from the building.
